If you're between sizes on the ALLGRIT E CARBON-X, we generally recommend choosing the smaller option. It's easier to fine-tune the fit of a smaller frame by raising the seat post or using a longer stem, whereas a larger frame leaves much less room for adjustment.

Weight varies by build and fork type. Based on a medium size:

  • Apex XPLR AXS: 12.4 kg (carbon forks) / 13.1 kg (RockShox Rudy Ultimate)
  • Rival XPLR AXS: 12.3 kg (carbon forks) / 13.0 kg (RockShox Rudy Ultimate)

The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X frame weighs 920 g in a medium size.

Like all Ribble bikes, the ALLGRIT E CARBON-X is covered by a lifetime warranty on frame and forks for the original purchaser. This includes any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. The standard manufacturer's warranty applies to all other components including 3rd party suspension forks.

Yes. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X available with the optional RockShox Rudy Ultimate suspension fork. This upgrade improves comfort and control on rougher gravel trails, helping you stay fast and confident when the terrain gets technical.

Typical range is up to 140km for a 90kg rider over mixed terrain. A 60km range extender is available for longer rides.

Yes. Like all Ribble e-bikes, the ALLGRIT E CARBON-X is pedal-assisted and requires rider input at all times.

No. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X only provides power when you pedal. You remain in full control, with the motor assisting based on your chosen power level.

No. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X is a pedal-assisted electric bike, so there’s no need for a licence, insurance or road tax. Optional bike insurance is still a good idea.

Yes. Most schemes now allow higher-value bikes, including e-bikes. Check your employer’s limits before ordering.

Battery status is shown on the LED display. 7 lights = 94–100%, reducing to 1 flashing light = 0–10%. A fast blink = critically low (0–5%).

Plug into any standard socket using the charger provided. A range extender can also top up the main battery when a socket isn’t nearby.

Yes. You can test ride the ALLGRIT E CARBON-X at our Clitheroe showroom. Please book in advance. It’s also available at select demo events—check our events page.

Yes. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X features IP54-rated electronics. They’re splashproof but not waterproof—avoid submerging or pressure washing. Use a waterproof cover when transporting the bike.

The battery is internal. A MAHLE-certified technician can remove it via the bottom bracket shell if needed.

The MAHLE iX3 battery can provide up to 500 full charge cycles with minimal degradation, when maintained correctly. See our battery care guide for tips.

Yes. The ALLGRIT E CARBON-X features fully internal cable routing for clean aesthetics and added protection.

Supplied with 45mm gravel tyres. Frame clearance is up to 50mm, or 45mm with mudguards. The fork fits a 700x53c (29x2.1") MTB tyre.

Yes. A pannier rack adaptor kit is available separately to attach a rear rack.
